[Major Response to Wildfire] Specialist Fire Trucks, Police Cars and Emergency Vehicles responding Multiple fire trucks, police cars, ambulances and other specialist emergency vehicles responding with horn, siren and lights to a 2nd Alarm wildfire breaking out in Los Angeles, CA, USA. 06/29/17: 2nd Alarm - Topanga Fire (Topanga IC) Limited timeline of events: 15:09 the Los Angeles County Fire Department received reports of a brush fire at Topanga Canyon Blvd and Pacific Coast Highway in Fire Station 70's area. 15:17 Engine 70 advised heavy smoke showing at half a mile out. 15:20 E70 arrived on scene to report 2 acres of heavy brush fire running up hill with multiple structures threatened. 15:20 E70 requested a 2nd Alarm and established the incident as Topanga IC. 16:55 DC2 reported there is limited to no access for ground resources. Helicopter and air tankers took on bulk of the work while ground resources moved into structure protection. 17:09 AC1 advised the fire is in Los Angeles City and entered unified command with LAFD and LACoFD. 19:59 Aerial survey determines the fire was actually in LACoFD's jurisdiction.
